AMERICAN WAGYU BRISKET
The dish that started it all. We use American Wagyu from Snake River Farms. We smoke for 17 hours over local oak with our special rub until it's melt in your mouth delicious.

ANGUS BEEF RIBS
This is what the fuss is all about! Certified Angus Bone In Beef Ribs are smoked for 8 hours over local oak. You have to taste them to believe them!

HERITAGE NC PORK
We love our beef, but our pork is no slouch! We use the finest North Carolina Heritage pork and smoke low and slow over oak with our special rub until it is fall apart tender.
